Sourced from Nambia, Africa, Nellite is a rare and striking stone combining golden Tiger Eye with rich blue Hawk’s Eye, and Pietersite, creating a dynamic visual effect of swirling gold, deep blue, and dark brown. Each slab is unpolished and photographed wet to accentuate its natural luster, with front and back views provided to highlight the individual characteristics of each piece.

Stone Origin: Nellite is a massive silicate that forms where Tiger Eye and Pietersite meet, creating a unique blend of both stones. This rare mineral displays the golden, translucent glow of Tiger Eye in quartz, along with the deep blue crocidolite fibers found in Pietersite, and blue Hawk's Eye (Blue Tigers Eye). Sometimes the blue crocidolite stands alone, and at other times it’s partially or fully silicified, mixing randomly with golden quartz to create stunning patterns. Polishing Nellite along the grain brings out its chatoyancy, revealing its luminous, shimmering effect.
